December favs

Hi guys before we get into my favourites there is a few things I would like to say . The first thing is happy new year and I hope you all had a great year . The second thing is I will not be doing 2015 favourites for 2 reasons . The first one being I only got into makeup and skincare around February and don't have a lot of makeup compare to others but I a really happy with my collection and the second reason being I will rave about all the products that I usually talk about so it would be boring for me to type and for you to read but lets get in my favourites .

There is loads of products this month surprisingly but I'm going to start with makeup .

The Rimmel London lasting finish colour rush in 100 give me a cuddle 
Now I got this on the 1st of December and have worn it pretty much everyday because a it lasts for hours b it doesn't dry my lips out and c because its pink but nude but not to nude so yeah I love it .

The Maybelline dream pure BB cream
I recently reviewed it so go and check that post out but I love the amount of coverage and the way my skin feels and I wore it everyday of the Xmas holidays .

The Urban Decay Naked 3 palette
This was a Christmas present but I wanted to include it because I love it and its gorgeous . I started off by wearing limit a light pink matte shade but now I like liar which is really hard to describe but its a grey bronze purple toned colour and I love it so much . Also the brush is really good but I use  my finger because it works better .

The Miss Sporty 10 hour wear concealer
This is a amazing covering concealer because it covers blemishes so well and you cant even see them when you wear this . It also is great as a highlighter and covers under eye bags as well.

The MUA Undress Your Skin Shimmer Highlighter
I love highlighting and this is such a natural highlighter but its cheap and amazing . If you are starting out with makeup buy this because its so easy to use . I love it . It also a bit bronzey kinda and gives you a glow .

The Real Techniques blush brush
I don't wear blush but this brush is great for blending foundation and concealer and doesn't leave brush marks . I would recommend this and I think it is convincing me to buy more from real techniques .

The Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel
Everyone loves the scent right ? I know its strong but I adore it . It doesn't linger around but it is there . My body also feels really nice after using it which is always a good thing and a fun fact mine was made by Gavin so there is that .

The Zoella Wonder Handcream
I did a post on my favourite hand creams and that made me use it and my hands are feeling so soft right now but I'm going off the scent for a random reason.

The Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish
I had a horrible breakout a while ago ( 1 week ) so my mom brought this for me and its incredible . It smells minty and makes my skin really clear . Its fab . Love it .

The NSPA Raspberry Body Mist
This smells amazing - its so fruity and pretty . Its not to over powering but fairly smellable . This is a present and one of my favourites thank you ***** and *****. I wear it everyday and I have had so many compliments on it . Go and buy it and I will definitely check out NSPA if I was you .

SIMS Free play
I have this on my ipad and I'm on level 28 and I'm addicted . I have to make sure I have all my sims really happy and doing something so go and download it and play yaaaaaaaaaaaaayy  .

Maybelline bb cream review

Maybelline dream pure BB cream
It says : Its 2 percent salicylic acid
              Its a 8 in one (Conceals imperfections , helps protect against appearance of blemishes ,
              oil-free, non greasy , minimises appearance of pores , clarifies skins look , complements
              skin tone and hydrates and smoothes )           
              Makes a healthy looking face
              SPF of 15
              You ca use it with or without a moisturiser

I say  : It is 2 percent salicylic acid
            It is a 8 in one but it is medium coverage so in my opinion it doesn't cover any blemishes
            although it does cover redness . Having oily skin it work really well and does complement my
            skin tone nicely. There is a good variety of colours and light works really well on me . I
            applied this when I was on holiday and thinking it had a SPF 15 I didn't apply any sun cream .
            Then my face burnt and it was only 19degrees. It is a good product but I think its worth £5:99
            not £7:99.The packaging is ok but it has a  nice colour theme. I would recommend it .

Blogmas day 23 : Top 4 books of 2015

I used to read all the time and these are my favs from 2015

When zoella announced she was bringing a book out I was really excited and curious so when it came out I popped along to Waterstones and picked it up for a tenner. Its a really good storyline which in some ways I can relate to . Its all about a girl called penny who has anxiety and her parents run a weeding shop . Her parents business  is asked to do a wedding in new York and the book is all about her , her friend drama , her boy drama and is a really good read . The is a 2nd book but in  my opion it is not as good .

Fan girl
I think the blurb is really good and you want to fine out more . If you have a twin you can relate . Wren and Cath are twins who were inseparable before collage but as they arrive on campus Wren enjoys getting drunk but Cath is much shyer . My friends don't like it because there isn't really a reason or ending but a good read in my books.

Mr Stink
I find David Wallams hilarious so I really enjoyed the comedy element in this book . Chloe a girl who doesn't like her family and they don't like her  takes a interest in the local tramp Mr Stink . Her mother is running a campaign to drive tramps off the street so Chloe takes drastic measures and invites her new friend to live in their shed but without knowing all the issues ahead what will happen . All David's books are good but this is the best in my opinion .

The fault in our stars
I know I'm late on this book but its amazing . It is super sad but also so true and the film is just as good . 2 children or teens have or had cancer meet and fall in love but love doesn't last as they soon find out .  AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blogmas day 22 : My recent morning routine

So the first thing I do obviously wake up . Now I have been getting up at 9 am which is really late for me .

Then another essential is to check my social media so my Instagram and my snapchat and I do this for half an hour to forty five minutes .

Once I finished on my iPad I go into the bath and wash my face with the Liz Earle cleanse and polish but this is a sample so I will need to buy this because it's fab.

With my nice clean face I go downstairs and have breakfast with is 2 weetabix with hot milk and a yogurt . I love yogurt and my favourite flavour is cherry a cheeky fact about me .

Now I'm feed I go back to my room to watch all my YouTubers one of my favourite things .

Once I get bored of my iPad I start my makeup . This is a bit of the Rimmel wake me up concealor on any blemishes with the stay matte powder to set and the No7 intense volume mascara on my eye lashes . My lips changes all the time but I'm currently liking a clear glitter .

With my face on I get dressed . Today I put on my navy skinny jeans from new look and a Christmas jumper from primary because I was feeling festive .

If I have any homework I will do it then my mornings over

Blogmas day 20 : Cute hot chocolate candle

 Everyone loves hot chocolate right ? Everyone loves candles right ? So why not put the two together and make a hot chocolate candle . Here is how you do it :

1 candle wick

1 hot chocolate/latte cup (the long tall ones )

Vegetable shortening

Some brown wax crayons 

Scented oils

Soy wax

Okay so the first step is to find out how much liquid goes into your glass , mines 300 ml so I measured out 300 ml of shortening and added 2 melted crayons for the color.Be careful this can get hot .After you have mixed them in add your scented oil . You can use as much or as little as you would like. Then pour the liquid in your cup and place your wax in the center. Do not eat.How simple but so cute ...................................

Blogmas day 19 : Product empties

Simple kind to skin soothing toner
I have no idea toner , I think it removes any extra oils ( I have a lot of that ). I brought the big one for £1 at savers and used it all . It also makes my skin feel really smooth and soft

The body shop strawberry shower gel
This had a really nice strawberry scent , as you would expect . I used this in the shower everyday until I ran out because it made my skin smell and feel really nice . I probably won't buy this again because I want to try different scents out.

Own moment perfume by 1D
This is a really nice scent perfect all year round . I like the packaging because its pink and elegant . The 30ml lasted me a year and I will try to buy it again .

Aveeno active naturals handcream
I raved about this on Blogmas day 17 so go and read that .

Collection lasting perfection concealer
People rave about this concealer and I know why . It blends really nicely and cover dark circles and blemishes really well . I used the shade 1 which is perfect for me and will rebuy it .

Simple light moisturiser
This is a very light moisturiser which is perfect for oily skin because it moisturises but not too much.I like it but as it gets cooler my skin needs more then is so I will not rebuy it.

Simple kind to skin facial wash
This makes your skin feel really soft and fresh . It doesn't have a nice scent but it is good . I use it every day and would recommend it . Although it is a little thin so if u have dry skin I wouldn't recommend it
